About

I have committed most of my life to facilitating transformation within individuals, communities, and organizations. My healing path began as a teenager committed to addressing social inequities in the South and grew into playing a leadership role in the LGBTQ social justice community. After working in a variety of organizational settings, I pursued a master’s degree in organizational psychology to help community-based organizations learn how to operate more effectively and build better relationships. I continue to support organizations, teams, and leaders to grow into more powerful agents for change as a consultant and a coach.

After engaging in my own healing work for many years, I felt called to expand my work to include psychotherapy. Somatically-oriented, holistic psychotherapy has transformed my life, and I feel honored to be able to give back to my clients. I am awed and humbled by the depth of growth and change that I see in my clients and firmly believe that we each have a powerful impulse to heal that supports us no matter how difficult the challenges might seem.
